Track Your Order
From placing an order to the parcel at your door: what each status means and where to find your tracking number.
Step by step
- 1Keep your order number. It is shown on your order confirmation page, and in your account if you checked out signed in.
- 2Pay and quote it. Request payment details from your order page, then pay by PayID or crypto using your order number as the reference.
- 3Wait for “shipped”. Your order is dispatched within one business day of payment being confirmed, and its tracking number is added at that point.
- 4Follow the courier. Enter the tracking number on the courier’s website for scan-by-scan updates.
- 5Tell us about delays. If tracking has not moved for three business days, or the parcel is past your state’s estimate, contact us with your order number.
Order statuses
Pending
Your order is reserved and waiting for payment. Nothing is dispatched until payment arrives.
Confirmed
Payment has been received and matched to your order.
Processing
Your order is being picked and packed.
Shipped
The parcel is with the courier and the tracking number is on your order.
Delivered
The courier has recorded the parcel as delivered.

Tracking questions
Where is my tracking number?
It is added to your order as soon as it ships. If you have an account you will see it under My Account → Orders, and we can also send it to you directly.
Why is my order still pending?
Pending means we are waiting for payment. Request payment details from your order confirmation page, and include your order number as the payment reference so it can be matched quickly.
How soon after paying will my order ship?
Orders are dispatched within one business day of payment being confirmed. Delivery after that depends on your state — see our delivery pages for estimates.
Tracking hasn’t updated. Should I worry?
Usually not. A day without a first scan, quiet weekends and a day or two between facilities are all normal. If nothing has changed for three business days, or the parcel is past your state’s estimate, contact us with your order number.
