Which parts of Australia do you deliver to?
All of it — every state and territory, from capital cities to regional and remote towns. We do not ship overseas.
How long does delivery take?
Your order is dispatched within one business day of payment being confirmed. Transit then ranges from 2–5 business days for NSW, Victoria and the ACT to 5–8 for the Northern Territory. Capital cities sit at the shorter end of each range.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders from $300. Below that, a flat $15 fee applies. Orders start at $250.
When should I reorder so I do not run out?
When what you have left will last longer than your state’s delivery estimate plus a buffer of about a week. Regional and remote customers should allow more. Our supply planning guide shows how to work it out.
Do the rules on vaping differ between states?
Vaping products are regulated nationally by the TGA and you must be 18 or over everywhere. Where you can vape in public is set by each state and territory, so each state page below links to the local health authority.
