What does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders from $300. Orders below that pay a flat $15. The minimum order is $250.

When will my order be sent?

Orders are dispatched within one business day of payment being confirmed. Orders paid on a weekend or public holiday go out on the next business day.

How long until it arrives?

Transit time depends on your state — from 2–5 business days on the east coast to 5–8 in the Northern Territory, with capital cities at the faster end. Each state’s delivery page has its estimate.

Is every order tracked?

Yes. The tracking number is added to your order when it ships, and you can see it in your account.

Do you ship overseas?

No. We only deliver within Australia.
