How to Order Vapes Online: A Step-by-Step Walkthrough
13 October 2026
Ordering online is meant to be quicker than a trip to a shop, and most of the time it is. Where it slows down is usually avoidable: a payment that sits unconfirmed, an address missing a unit number, or an order placed a day after the device ran out. This walkthrough covers every stage of an order with us, in the order it happens, so you know what to expect and what to have ready.
Step 1: Build your cart
Browse by disposables, nicotine pouches, e-liquids or brand, and add what you need. Each product page lists the puff rating or strength, the price, and a rough guide to how long a device lasts at different usage levels.
Two numbers matter at this stage:
- The minimum order is $250. Every product in the store counts toward it, so you can mix brands, flavours and categories.
- Delivery is free from $300. Below that, a flat $15 shipping fee applies.
The cart shows how far you are from both, so you are not guessing at checkout.
Step 2: Check out
Checkout asks for four things: your name, email, phone number and delivery address. You don't need an account, although having one keeps your order history in one place.
Take ten seconds over the address. The most common cause of a delayed parcel is not the courier — it is a missing unit or apartment number, a business name left off a work address, or a typo in the postcode. If you are ordering to a workplace, include the business name on the first line.
You will also choose how you want to pay: PayID or cryptocurrency. Neither is charged at checkout. Placing the order reserves it and gives you an order number.
Step 3: Pay
Your order confirmation page shows your order number and total, and lets you request payment details. We reply with the PayID or wallet address to use, and your order is held as pending until the payment lands.
- PayID usually arrives within a minute or two, because it runs on the same fast-payments network as most bank transfers between Australian accounts. Some banks hold a first payment to a new payee for a security check, which can add time. Our PayID guide covers this.
- Crypto depends on the network you send on and how busy it is. Our crypto payment checklist walks through the details that trip people up, such as choosing the right network.
Use your order number as the payment reference. It is the single thing that lets us match a payment to an order immediately.
Step 4: Dispatch
Once payment is confirmed, your order is packed and dispatched within one business day. The status in your account moves from pending through confirmed and processing to shipped.
The clock for dispatch starts when payment is confirmed, not when the order is placed. An order placed on Friday night and paid on Monday morning is dispatched based on Monday.
Step 5: Track it
When your parcel ships, its tracking number is added to your order. From then on the courier's tracking page is the most up-to-date source. Our guide to tracking statuses explains what each scan means, and which pauses are normal.
Delivery time after dispatch depends on where you are. Our delivery pages give an estimate for each state and territory.
Step 6: Check what arrived
Open the parcel soon after it arrives and compare it with your order. If anything is wrong, damaged or faulty, tell us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Our arrival checklist covers what to look for.
The short version

- Check out with a complete address, and choose PayID or crypto.
- Request payment details from your order page and pay, using your order number as the reference.
- Your order is dispatched within one business day of payment being confirmed.
- Follow the tracking number to your door.
